Monday, November 28, 2011 Thanksgiving Recap!
Hello Lovelies! How was your Thanksgiving?! We had a great time with some great friends! We played hours of catchphrase, and cooked for hours! None of us knew how to carve a turkey, and we drank a ton of spiked cider. It was wonderful!
We went a little woodsland with our table setting, which was perfect for a casual bird fest.
Joey was stoked! He got a bunch of his favorite food, all in one day. Sadly, it didn't involve Track Meat.
Place settings were simple too. I really need that matte gold flatware from Horne. This photo proves it.
I made a ricotta fig and honey truffle pie - it was a hit!
Joey needs his Sicilian string bean and potato salad. I made it extra spicy this time. Yum!
Our friend was mad he couldn't figure out how to carve the turkey. And that he accidently ate the heart.
