.....and a CUSTOM piece of art from the AMAZING Duane Hosein. Duane is a brilliant artist who makes the most detailed and amazing pieces. Joey and I have two pieces we cherish very much, and are very excited to feature him in a giveaway.
Duane has been featured in New York Magazine and Glamour this past year as well as limited T-Shirts created from Des Artistes in Germany.
Duane is the awesome guy who did this tree in our kids room. We really love him! So now is your chance to get your hands on a coveted piece of original work from Duane. It's easy to sing the praises of Duane.

I like "A Happy Accident 2". It makes me smile! :)
I liked his piece from 2008 named "Every Bunny In His Place." Something similar, maybe with a flower somewhere in the picture or another one with a bunny would be something I'd like. I like bunnies and love flowers. I like color so if the flower was in color that would be great.

impossible to pick just one! it's a total toss up between the birth of gentlemanly pursuits, pelican, and there Is no downside to upsidedown... for a custom piece i would probably request something with a bongo antelope, which would be amazing with his style of drawing. also, added you guys on twitter - farawaytostay :)

I love the tree he did for you. I'm not sure what I would like him to do for me. I would really have to think on it.
I just loved the tree mural he did for you. The other works are lovely as well, but being a nature buff, the tree stole my heart.

It was far too hard to pick just one. I love the rabbit above and also Every Bunny in it's Place, I love all of the birds and owls [I Like my Sins Spoonfed to Me was very cool, very different from the other works], but I think my favorite would have to be One Night the Raven Left His Writing Desk. The expression on the raven's face is priceless. The t-shirt design is also beautiful. Ideal for a custom piece would probably be a bunny with a tiny sparrow. Maybe a jackalope bunny type thing with the bird? Or a fawn and a bird? Something like that. I like all small birds,sea creatures, and small animals, but I'd be happy with anything from Duane. [I'm an art student in high school, about to graduate, and I feel too intimidated to use his first name..but I'll do it anyway] Anyway, thanks for the opportunity! I may have to go and create a twitter account for that extra entry.
What beautiful work! I think Treetop is my favorite - I love tree structure and architectural detail...something inspired by trees, mountains, waterfalls or beautiful buildings would be lovely.
