Joey's Uncle Doug suggested a few years ago that Joey and I go to Jamaica and stay at TenSing Pen, and we did, and wow.... We fell in love with this place before we even arrived.
We found ourselves not wearing shoes, having the best sleep of our lives, and just relaxing. Relaxing is huge for us! Being in NYC, we are always GO GO GO! When you fall asleep, you hear the ocean right outside your window, the plant life is that of a fairy tale, and the cliffs and ocean are simply breath taking. We showered with crabs running around at our feet, and ate the most delicious natural food we have ever tasted. I even got Joey in a boat and up on a parasail.
